These are some of the most commonly asked questions we get from clients.
Like many service companies, we operate on a normal daytime schedule just like you. We also have to make time for ourselves and our families! However, we do provide options for clients that are unable to get time off work. We will work on weekends, and we will provide some services after hours on an odd day during the week. Please keep in mind, these times are very desirable so there can be a wait time.
Lead times vary depending on the type of repair it is. Thermal windows usually take 2-4 weeks after the quote has been approved and the final measurements have been taken. All other repairs can usually be scheduled for repair within a 1-2 week period.
We service all over the GTA & surrounding. Some of our most common service areas are Orangeville, Shelburne, Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Guelph, Kitchener, Cambridge, Erin, Fergus & more.
Yes, we are available for 24/7 service, but there will be an extra fee charged for that type of work. Please contact us to inquire.
In order for us to give you an accurate quote, we will require photos of the window, a short description of what problems you are facing, and your address. Once we have that information, you will be given a quote.
